1. When will my order be shipped?
Our artists require 5-7 working days before shipping your items. Since all our products are handmade to order, time is required to make them, package them and ship them out. If an order has purchases from multiple artists, it may require some extra time to assemble your order. However, that said, should you need an order by a certain date, please communicate that to our artists and we will see how best we can help you.
2. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
Once we mail your item, delivery time is dependent on Singpost. Based on our experience, normal mail takes up to 4-5 business days while registered post or Smartpac takes 3-4 business days.
3. I need an item by a certain date. What do I do?
Please always let us know beforehand so that we can see how best we can help you.
4. Can I meet up to collect my order to save on shipping costs?
Generally, we do not do meet-ups. All products on KEJJ Co. come with free normal mail for purchases below SG$70 and free registered mail for purchases above SG$70.
5. My normal mail didn’t arrive!
We highly encourage customers to take the registered mail option. We will not be liable for any lost normal mail.
6. I like an item but it does not come in my size or I wish to change something about it. Can I customise this to my liking?
Yes, since all our products are handmade, we are able to accommodate custom requests subject to the artists’ discretion. Please contact us and we will put you in touch with the relevant artist.
7. I am not happy with the product I purchased. Can I please return them and get a refund or do an exchange?
We make every effort to provide customers with all dimensions, pictures in natural lighting and relevant details for our products. Thus, we are unable to accept returns for such reasons. Exchanges are possible in specific situations, and only if the item is returned in its original condition. Please contact us should there be an item you may consider an exchange.
8. The product I received is damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us. We do refunds or replacements for damaged goods.
